Delete your Simple CRM account

Simple CRM by Next Layer Technology

Fastest: in the app. Open Settings → Cloud & team, scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account twice to confirm. On iPhone: Business → Account → Delete account. It takes effect immediately.

If you can't use the app

Email support@nextlayertechnology.net with the subject Delete my Simple CRM account, from the Google account email you sign in with, so we can confirm the request is yours. We delete the account within 30 days and reply when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your sign-in (your Google account identifier and email address) and every active session.
If you own a business in the app: its entire cloud copy — customers, projects, jobs, appointments, estimates, invoices, payments, costs, mileage, price book — plus pending customer invite links and crew codes. Crew members lose access to it.
If you're on someone else's crew: your membership. The business and its records stay with the owner.

What stays

Records already on your phone (and on your crew's phones) — they're the device's own. Uninstall the app or clear its storage to remove them.
Your Google Play subscription, which only Google can cancel: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions.
Anonymous analytics and crash reports, which aren't linked to your account and expire on Google's standard schedule.

Server backups roll off within 30 days of deletion.
